Sculptra® is a natural way to restore lost volume that occurs in everyone as we age. This volume loss is the reason for hooding over the eyes, jowls, lax skin, sunken face, and that gaunt look that we see as we get older. Loss of facial volume also creates the prominent nasal folds, marionette lines or smile lines, frown lines and sunken cheeks. This excess laxity is not caused by a stretching or increase of our skin but in the shrinking of fat and bone that helped support our skin in youth. For years, fat injections have been used for re-volumizing these areas but due to downtime and unpredictability, many of even the best surgeons are preferring Sculptra. When used by a knowledgeable Physician, Sculptra works on everyone and has no known allergic reactions. One occasional concern with treatments done several years ago was that it caused uncomfortable lumps. is it REALLY Botox?
You'd think that after the problems Florida had a few years ago that this kind of thing would not still be happening, but it is. We've had patients describe treatments that didn't sound like the Botox reconstitution was done correctly and some with results that don't make sense from our experience with the product. read more »
